1. Customer Relations & Operations (Intern/Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Managing inventory levels and ensure timely shipments.
- Provide support to customers via email, phone, and live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
- Assist in Showroom retail operations
Requirements
- Genuine enthusiasm for both e-commerce and the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Singapore/PR applicants only
- For Interns, min commitment of 6 months, open to convert to full-time
