Introducing Bespoke Threads, our embroidery service that allows you to pick texts or icons and have it embroidered onto our pieces for something truly unique. After all, personalised pieces are always extra special, and make amazing gifts for family and friends, or just for yourself.

STEP 1: PICK A DESIGN & COLOUR

We have over 15 styles available for embroidery customisation, including tops, bottoms, one-pieces and the Align Mini Kai Rashguard! Do note that there are fixed thread colours based on the colour of the style you choose.

STEP 2: PICK AN EMBROIDERY STYLE & PLACEMENT

You can opt to embroider names, texts, initials or icons. Text embroidery costs $12 while icons cost $10. Certain positions on the swimwear are limited to embroidery of icons only due to limited spaces available.

STEP 3: PLACE YOUR ORDER

Once you’re satisfied with your choice, just place your order and we’ll take care of the rest! It will take approximately 10 working days for your customised embroidery order to reach you after you have placed an order.

Q: What is the lead time for the embroidery process?

A: It will take 10 working days to reach you after placing your order.

Q: Are there character limits on each piece?

A: Yes, there are different character limits for different products. Kindly refer to the specific product for accurate information.

Q: Am I allowed to have more than one embroidery per piece?

A: Yes, you can opt for multiple embroideries as long as they are in different positions on the item. If you prefer them to be in the same position, please reach out to us, and we can discuss this further to accommodate your request if possible. 

Q: What thread colours are offered for each product?

A: All thread colours will complement the swimwear colours you have chosen. Refer to the product listing to see the available embroidery colours.

Q: What kind of embroidery options do you offer?

A: We offer text and icons! Text character limits vary based on individual products. You can choose an icon from our provided list to be embroidered on your selected swimwear.

Q: Can I choose to embroider on my existing Align swimwear?

A: Most likely, yes! Please drop us a message indicating the style you wish to embroider, and we will advise you if the style is suitable for embroidery.

Q: Can I choose to embroider on swimwear from another brand?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service as we are unfamiliar with the material and elasticity of other brands' fabrics. We do not recommend doing so.

Q: Am I allowed to embroider on Align’s resort wear?

A: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service. However, please reach out to us with your ideas, and we will explore potential options.

Q: Are the prices fixed for embroidery?

A: Yes, the prices are fixed: text embroidery is priced at $12, while icons are priced at $10.

Q: Can embroidered items be returned or exchanged?

A: Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are strictly NOT allowed for embroidered items.
